Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Innerwear, sale items marked "final sale," and customized products are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
